Job description:

GENeco is a national leader in the treatment of organic wastes, offering a first-class service to waste producers and waste management companies over a wide region. It is part of the Wessex Water Group which comprises a number of other companies alongside our regulated business, including property development, construction and engineering, and waste management and renewable energy services
This role will see you as the 'front line' that liases with customers in order to maximise the profitable import of liquid organic wastes into regional treatment centres. You will need to ensure compliance is achieved in partnership with the site scientist and other bio resources team members. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing acceptance assessments for deliveries and the accurate and the timely completion of paperwork to ensure customers turnaround times are kept to a minimum. This role requires you to be available for weekend working, including two in three Sundays.

In order to be successful in this role, you will have the confidence and ability to work both in a team and unsupervised, with industrial or process plant knowledge. It is key that you have a good awareness of health and safety, as well as a science based background. We are looking for someone who is a keen problem solver with a great eye for detail. In addition to being computer literate, ideally with previous customer service experience.
