This role will see you assisting with the day-to-day administrational running of the business areas that make up the bioresources section of GENeco. You will be expected to maintain an organised filing system and accurate records of business activities in line with business and customer needs, while ensuring that customer communication is handled in a prompt and effective manner. You will be working as part of a close-knit commercial team, helping our customers operate in a more sustainable way.

Typical activities include: providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone and email, helping to collate monthly financial figures and report to the relevant business manager, following up invoice enquiries, helping develop and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and validating transactions and prepare them to be included in the monthly invoice.

To succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual with GCSEs grade C+ or equivalent in English and maths, alongside an IT aptitude and strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel and Word). You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Some customer service experience is preferred, alongside billing and account management experience. Most of all, we would like someone who is both friendly and organised, and willing to be a key player in our team.
