    Based in the south west of England covering Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, most of Wiltshire and parts of Gloucestershire and Hampshire, we supply wholesale sewerage and/or water services to approximately 80,000 non-household customers.

    In 2016, a small team was set up in Wessex Water to manage the wholesale side of the business after the Open Water market went live in April 2017.

    Ryan has held various roles in our company’s customer service directorate since 2011 and is looking forward to transferring his wealth of experience in delivering for our new set of customers – retailers.

    He will be ensuring that the wholesale side of our business works effectively and representing it at a senior level.

    Nick is your main point of contact for when you have an enquiry that isn’t operational or billing related.

    He will also make sure we tailor our wholesale services to meet your individual needs.

    Lauren and her team manage all operational enquiries from you on behalf of your customers and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner, while providing industry-leading customer service.

    Kerrie Moon - wholesale finance manager

    All invoices, bills and payments between wholesaler and retailer will be managed by Kerrie.

    She will ensure that payments are carried out on time to make things as simple as possible for you and your customers.

    John Hayes - compliance and performance manager

    John will monitor our performance against KPIs and service levels in the retail market.

    He will also ensure that our staff understand the concept of a ‘level playing field’ across the industry and that our relationship with you is fair.
