Top water quality for Bridgwater
Our major work to improve water quality for residents and businesses in Bridgwater has now finished.
We have invested more than £10 million to modernise ageing water mains in the town – some of which dated back to the late 1800s.
Work, which got underway in January 2010, involved relining, replacing and cleaning around 32km of water mains to improve water quality for around 45,000 people.
