Visually challenged

We can arrange for you to receive your bills or selected literature in braille large type.

A CD or audio tape with general information about our services is also available.

If you register with Customer Care Plus, we can ensure you receive notification in person or by telephone in the event of a supply interruption.

If you are unable to read your water meter, we can read it for you.

We offer additional free meter readings to elderly or special needs customers, subject to a maximum of four per year.

Our password system means that if you register with us you can choose a password which will be used as a means of identification by any of our staff should they need to visit your property.
