Domestic charges explained
This section explains how you pay for your water services, the charges involved and how we are spending the money raised.
More detailed information on our charges is available in our Charges Scheme, a copy of which may be viewed at any of our offices, or is available on request. We also reserve the right to fix charges for services provided either by way of agreement with the customer or under statutory powers.
Our charges (other than special agreements) apply throughout the Wessex Water region, except for the areas covered by the Bristol, Bournemouth and West Hampshire or Cholderton and District water companies.
We may not be providing you with both water and sewerage services. If you receive your water supply or sewerage services from another water company, they will be happy to give you information about their charges.
