Water services charges (other than special agreements) apply throughout the Wessex Water region, except for the areas covered by the Bristol, Bournemouth and West Hampshire or Cholderton and District water companies and the area in which Thames Water Utilities Ltd collects charges on behalf of Wessex Water.

We may not be providing you with both water and sewerage services. If you receive your water supply or sewerage services from another water company, they will be happy to give you information about their charges.

Please note that care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of this section of the website. However, any errors or omissions cannot invalidate the recovery of the proper charges owing to the company under its resolutions and charges schemes.
