2009/10 report

This report summarises the work we have undertaken to manage the conservation of our natural and built environment to meet our responsibilities under the Water Industry Act 1991 and the Code of Practice for conservation, access and recreation (CAR).

We provide more detailed information as part of Striking the Balance, our wider sustainability report, and there are regular updates in our biannual Wild Watch newsletter.
