Our variety of initiatives include:

• town tours - visiting towns throughout the region to speak to customers in person about how to save water in the home and garden
• water audit service – visiting customer homes to provide advice on how to reduce water use
• Waterwatch packs – an initiative to promote water conservation among children
• water efficiency research project – a study that involved the uptake and effectiveness of different water saving devices and education
• WaterSave packs – a free pack that helps people save water in their home
• education service- an education programme to help students learn about the value of water as well as more about sewage treatment and the environment.
• saving water in the company – ways we save water within our organisation and encouraging customers to report leaks
