Water home check service

We offer a home check service to all our water supply customers to help them reduce their water use. A water auditor makes a home visit that will usually involve:

a walk around your house with you looking at all water using appliances
checks for leaks
fitting tap inserts to reduce flow rates of your taps
fitting a save a flush bag in large cistern sizes
leaving you with an information leaflet and a shower timer to help you cut your time in the shower.

We will be also be offering free shower flow regulators (where suitable) to help customers make savings in the bathroom.
