Sample delivery
If samples are likely to be delivered on weekends or later than one hour before the closing times indicated above, please contact the appropriate sample reception so that the necessary arrangements can be made to receive and process your samples appropriately.

Drinking water samples: Open everyday, contact customer liaison administrator (number above)
Wastewater/effluent samples: Monday to Friday, contact customer liaison administrator (number above)
