The easiest way to pay your bill is by Direct Debit – you can spread your payments over the year.
Unmetered customers can pay annually, twice yearly or in 10 monthly payments.
Metered customers can pay monthly on a budget plan or on receipt of the bill. There is no charge or discount.
To set up a Direct Debit, you will need the name of your bank/building society, the account number and sort code.
It's easy to pay your bill and manage your water services account online if you sign up to eBilling – you can also go paperless and view your bills.

You can make a debit or credit card payment without registering for eBilling. All you need is your 13 digit payment reference number from your bill and your payment card details.
