We have two crucial customer service teams in place to support our community.

At our operations centre in Bath, the team here receive a wide range of in-bound calls from our customers. These could be a question about low water levels impacting fishing in one of our beautiful reservoirs, how we can unblock a drain or a potential leak in their area. Every call is important to us and the service delivered from this outstanding team speaks for itself with an overall Trustpilot review of 4.7, the best in the water industry!

We also have an award winning customer service team based in Nailsea, just south of Bristol who look after our billing queries. Every year this team manage nearly one million calls, emails and live chats from customers of Wessex Water. This exceptional team have won many awards over the years for their customer centric culture and high levels of employee engagement (including consistently featuring in the top 20 of the Times Best Companies to work for).
