Our graduate roles give you an opportunity to put into practice the knowledge and skills that you have learned during your university degree course.
What we look for
We are just as interested in your employability and soft skills as we are in your technical excellence.
And in our experience graduates who have taken part in an industrial placement often have a wider skill set and the attributes we are seeking.
When employed we will support you to get the best out of your new role by offering:
- early careers adviser - our adviser will offer you advice, guidance and support when you start work with us
- professional registration - we will support you in joining one of the institutions which offer designated mentor and training plans including accredited programmes from both IET and IMechE
- Business4Life - you can develop your knowledge and skills if selected for this 15-month team-building programme which sets challenging business targets aimed at raising funds for the charity WaterAid.
We’re proud to be members of the government’s 5% Club which recognises our commitment to have at least 5% of our employees from an apprentice or graduate background or in further learning.
Around 10% of our employees are currently taking part in long-term training and development.
We are committed to a culture where everyone belongs and thrives. We celebrate diversity – it’s good for all of us.
