These are the conditions of contract for the supply of goods and services which are referred to and incorporated into the purchase order(s) issued by the company to the supplier.
Unless the purchase order is issued under the terms of an existing company agreement, the supplier is required to provide the goods and/or services in accordance with these conditions.
