    Slip, trip or fall claim

    Please be aware, Wessex Water does not admit or deny liability prior to a full investigation.

    To enable us to progress your claim as quickly as possible please include the following details in any correspondence:

    • your name and address
    • your contact number and email address
    • the location, date and time of the incident  
    • a detailed description of the incident
    • any references which will help our investigation
    • an invoice or three estimates
    • photographs.
