Close your account

If you're moving out of the Wessex Water region, you will need to close your account.

What you'll need

Before you start, check you have the following:

  • your customer number
  • the date you are moving out
  • a meter reading if you are moving out of a metered property.

See our advice onĀ how to find and read your meter. If you can't read your meter, contact us at least five working days before you move out and we will arrange for someone to do it for you.

Our online form is the easiest way to close your account, but you can also close it by calling us.
