Moving home
If you're already a Wessex Water customer and are moving somewhere else in our region, you will need to let us know you're moving.
Before you start, check you have the following:
- your customer number
- the date you are moving
- a meter reading of the home you're moving out of (if it's metered).
See our advice on how to find and read your meter. If you can't read your meter, contact us at least five working days before you move out and we will arrange for someone to do it for you.

Our online form is the easiest way to tell us you're moving, but you can also let us know by calling.
