What are Priority Services?

Priority Services are designed for customers with additional needs who may need extra help.

Signing up is free and you can choose which services you would like to receive.

If you need help with your bills, you may be more suited to one of our help-to-pay schemes.

Who is eligible?

Anyone who needs extra help is eligible. We offer support for a range of conditions, illnesses and situations. These include, but are not limited to, those listed below.

Ways we can help

We have worked with organisations and charities to identify the services that will provide the most benefit to customers with specific needs.

Watch this video or see the information below to learn about the different ways we can help.

What to expect once you have registered

Once you have registered, you or your nominee will receive a welcome letter to confirm that we have added you to our register.

This will explain what services you have signed up for and provide a range of helpful advice and information.

We will check in with you every two years to make sure we are providing you with the best possible service. Within this period, we will try to contact you twice by text, email or post.

This will help us to ensure your details are up to date so that we can fully support you and tailor our service to your needs.
