Community Drop-Ins

If you want advice or have a question about our services, you can speak to us in person at one of our Community Drop-In sessions.


About the Community Drop-Ins

Our sessions, which are being held at locations across our water supply area, will give you the chance to speak with a Customer Adviser who will act as a point of contact for your local community.

They can:

  • answer questions about your bill
  • refer you for support if you are struggling to pay your bill
  • provide advice on saving water and avoiding blockages
  • answer questions about water quality, plumbing and drainage.

For questions about your bill, please bring a recent bill or your customer number with you.

If you are an existing support organisation that would like to refer customers for additional advice, please email us.

Timings and bookings

At each location, we are holding an open drop-in session that does not require you to book.

We will also hold a small number of bookable half-an-hour sessions for customers who would rather have a one-on-one conversation with a Customer Adviser.

The timing of these sessions will vary at each location.
