Terms and conditions for £20 voucher

1. Your personal information will be used in accordance with Wessex Water Services Limited's privacy policy.

2. The voucher will be a digital £20 Amazon voucher delivered via email.

3. To receive the voucher, you need to complete the survey in full on or before the closing date.

4. To receive the voucher, you will need to enter your name and email address at the start of the survey. You agree that Wessex Water may share your data with Amazon for the purpose of generating and delivering the gift voucher to you.

5. The gift voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable, and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered. We reserve the right to change this reward for something of equal or greater value. 

6. Only individuals who have participated in the New Parent Pack Trial and have been sent this email are eligible to complete the survey and receive a voucher.

7. Participants need to be 16 years or older to take part.

8. One voucher only per household.

9. The closing date for completing the survey is 9 June 2024. Late or incomplete submissions will not be accepted. Wessex Water’s decision on eligibility for a gift voucher shall be final.

10. Vouchers will be issued no later than 21 June 2024.

11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
