Education sessions at this site are only suitable for ages eight and above.
Things to do
Home to Bath’s main water recycling centre, Saltford is the perfect place to see the sewage treatment process up close.
You may also see some of the unusual things that get flushed down the toilet, as well as learning about the impact climate change has on water and wastewater treatment.
Take part in a range of STEM activities too, while also finding out about the increasing role Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems play in diverting rainwater away from our drains.

There is limited parking at the site, so please try to car share, or arrive by coach or minibus.
Pedestrian access is strictly prohibited to ensure the health and safety of visitors.
