If you are on unmetered charges and we have installed a smart meter at your property, you can switch to metered charges online.


Before you start

This form is for unmetered customers who have had a smart meter installed and want to switch to metered charges.

If we have installed yours, you will have received a card through your door when we fitted it.

You cannot use this form to request a meter. If you don’t have a meter but would like one, you will need to complete our meter application form.

Why should you switch?

Switching to metered charges through your smart meter will allow you to take control of your bill.

Nearly three quarters of customers are charged this way and only pay for what they use, and 90% of customers who switch save more than £125 a year.

The easiest way to switch is online. If you have a tenancy agreement of less than six months, you will need your landlord's consent.
