Coronavirus (Covid-19) help:

We recognise that some customers might be facing financial difficulty at this time. If your circumstances have changed and you’re struggling or think you may find it hard to pay your bill in the future, please get in touch with us by completing our online enquiry form.  One of our team will give you a call to talk about how we can help.

Customers who are in the "high risk" group, and told not to leave their home at all, may wish to sign up to Priority Services so we can provide extra support.

If you were finding it hard to pay your bill before the coronavirus outbreak, we can also help you.

We've helped more than 43,000 customers who were struggling to afford their bills or repay their debt and more than 35,000 customers are now benefiting from lower bills.
